Shadi faiz al-akkad Est. (SFA Card) has created a comprehensive Privacy Policy and commits to the following privacy pledge in order to demonstrate our

SFA Card respects your privacy. Any information you give us is private and confidential, and SFA Card will not use it for any purpose other than to fulfill

 your request for products, services and/or information.

We do not collect any personal information about you except when specifically and knowingly provided by you.

When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server.  The secure server software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), encrypts all information you input

 before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all  of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

We may share non-personal aggregate, or summary, information regarding our customers with business partners or other third  parties, but we do not sell

or share any information at the individual customer level.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

Your IP address is used to help  identify you and your shopping cart.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.  A cookie is a small data file that certain Websites write to your hard drive when you visit them.

 A cookie file can contain  information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie

can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. You can refuse cookies

 by turning them off in your browser. You do  not need to have cookies turned on to use the SFA Card website.

SFA Card Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. Therefore, we have put together a privacy policy and approach that respects and addresses

 our customer needs as follows:

Personal information is any and all of the information specific to you that you provide us over the phone or through our Internet web site. This includes personal

data as varied as the information you enter into an online application for a new account, questions you ask via e-mail or personal credit card data.

Personal Information collected

SFA Card gathers information from you in order to:

Provide you with the highest possible level of security and service

Process your orders quickly and with complete accuracy

Make your experience at SFA Card convenient and efficient

We collect information on you when you:

1. Register /Redeem: When you register on www.sfa.com.sa  or when you visit these sites to redeem a SFA Card Award Certificate, we will ask you to

 fill out a registration form or redemption form online. The registration form or redemption form requires the following information:

Your First Name, Middle Initial and Last Name

Your Street Address, City, State and Zip Code

Your E-mail address

Your Phone Number

A Password (chosen by you)

A Password Hint (chosen by you in case you forgot your password)

2. Purchase a SFA Card: Before you purchase a SFA Card, we will ask you to provide 4 pieces of information in order to process your transaction

(the same information you would provide to any online merchant when buying an item):

Your Credit Card Number

The Expiration Date of your credit card

The 3 digit Card Code printed on your SFA card signature panel (or 4 digit card code printed on the front of our SFA card)

The Billing Address for your credit card account

3. Use your SFA Card or Incentive Card. When you make the purchase, we collect the following information from the merchant:

Name of Merchant

Transaction Date

Amount of Purchase

When you make inquiries to our automatic Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) or through a live Customer Service Representative, you will be asked

 to provide your unique authentication information. Either the automated system or the Customer Service Representative will have access to your account

records in order to perform various functions requested by you.

Information Sharing:

SFA Card does not and will not sell or provide personal information to third parties for independent use. We may, however, share personal information with

 business partners if that information is required to provide the product or service you have requested. For example, in order to receive your SFA Card (s)

 we provide only the necessary information to the appropriate partner so that this service can be fulfilled. They adhere to using information only as directed

by SFA Card.

We do not reveal specific information about our customers' accounts or other personally identifiable data unless (1) our customer has requested or authorized it;

 (2) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by our customers; (3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau

or similar information reporting agency; or (4) disclosure is lawfully permitted or required.

SFA Card Web Site:

Visitors to the SFA Card web site are anonymous until they login or register. We collect the following non-identifying information about our visitors: the name

of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, msn.com, if you are connecting from a Microsoft MSN account); the date and time you access

 our site; and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site.

If you submit an order form online, such as your account number or social security number is requested, this information will be transmitted over a secure

connection using encryption (we will notify you when you are using our secured connection). You may elect to provide us with personal information via

e-mail or our feedback form. This information is used internally, as appropriate, to handle your request and manage our web site. It is not disseminated or

SFA Card Email Policy:

We will use your email address to contact you regarding your SFA Card or Incentive Card, to deliver additional cards to you or for other customer service

and legal notice purposes. We also use your e-mail address to answer your e-mail or the customer service requests we receive from you. In order to provide

consistent high-quality customer service, we may also store any correspondence with you in a file specific to you.

You can elect to receive updates via e-mail regarding SFA Card's products and services, service enhancements or special offers and promotions related to

your Card.

Opt-Out Policy:

Our site uses order forms to enable you to request information and/or purchase products. For these purposes, we may collect your contact information

(e.g., your e-mail address, mailing address, etc.) and financial information (e.g., credit card number). Contact information from the order form is used to

send orders and/or information about our company to you and/or a recipient whose contact information you may provide us. Your contact information may

 also be used to get in touch with you when necessary.

You may opt-out of receiving future mailings or change or modify information previously provided to us by sending an e-mail to info@sfa.com.sa. Financial

information that is collected is used to bill you for any products you purchase from us.

Children's Privacy :

We recognize that protecting children's identities and privacy is important. We comply with the practices established under the Children's Online Privacy

Protection Act. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under 13 without parental consent.

Our Maintenance of Accurate Information:

We have implemented procedures to help ensure that your information is accurate, current, and complete in accordance with commercial standards.

Limited Employee Access to Information:

We have procedures and security levels that limit employee access to your personal information to those with a business reason to know such

information. We emphasize the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy in our Employee Handbook and during our periodic employee meetings

and training sessions. We will take appropriate disciplinary actions to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.

Guarding your information:

SFA Card recommends that you take the following precautions to guard against the disclosure and unauthorized use of your account and personal information:

Never provide personal information (including Social Security  numbers or card information)       over the phone unless you have  initiated the call and know

with whom you are speaking.

Safeguard all your Stored Value Cards.

Memorize personal identification numbers (PINs) and refrain from writing PINs, Social Security  numbersor credit card numbers where they can easily be found.

Store cancelled checks, new checks and account statements in a safe place.

Report lost or stolen cards immediately.
