Lost or stolen SFA Card

you’ve lost or stolen your SFA Card,  immediately you can contact us we can help you, wherever you are Keep a record of your SFA card number and the provider contact information in a safe place, separate from the card.

Refer to the materials that came with your card to determine the Lost and Stolen Card policies of the provider that issued your card.

You will need to provide the SFA card number in order for that card to be cancelled and a replacement card to be issued.

To ensure only authorized use of your SFA Card, be sure to information card. You will be asked to give all information  a purchase receipt when using the card for payment.

You can tell us your lost or stolen card details, and we’ll arrange for your card to be cancelled.

 

The option for card replacement and emergency displacement will stop your card and will Issue new one with its new charge fee , and re-back your money .

  •          The country where it was issued to you

  •          The type of SFA card

  •          The 16-digit number on the card – it is vital that you have a record of this number, kept separate from your card

  •         Your postal address

  •        Your home phone number

  •          How the card went missing

  •         Other personal details to confirm your identity
