Lost or stolen SFA Card
you’ve lost
or stolen your SFA Card, immediately you
can contact us we can help you, wherever you
are
Refer to the
materials that came with your card to
determine the Lost and Stolen Card policies
of the provider that issued your card.

that card to be cancelled and a replacement
card to be issued.
